This webpage is a joint effort of the Madison County Probate Judge and the Madison County Tax Assessor to provide owners of property in Madison County notice of changes to their property records. Property owners, who subscribe to this service, will be provided notice when a deed has been recorded that changes the property owner's name in the records maintained by the Tax Assessor and the Probate Judge.
